How the process works
Selectivise have reimagined the recruitment and resourcing experience with a simple process to select and place the best possible candidates for both permanent and contract roles.
We don’t have pages of terms, conditions and claw backs for fees, we have a simple one page approach, we will back up any placement or probation failures with a free of charge replacement.
We provide individual consultants or complete delivery and change teams, for both outcome-based, fixed price deliverables assignments or daily rate engagements
For contractor or short term roles, we also offer a first impression guarantee. If the consultant doesn’t make an impact in the first few days, we replace them free of charge.
We are also proud of our environmental initiatives and as part of our Green Guarantee, we plant a tree for every week a contractor works with a client and ten trees for every permanent placement.
